If In South Beach, Go to Front Porch Cafe

It’s been a few weeks. I apologize. Life got hectic and work + July summers exhaust me once I make it home. And tonight was no different. But as I scrolled through my phone, I stopped through the photos I took during my trip to South Beach. Then I began to salivate. Because food. And because Front Porch Cafe.

Front Porch Cafe

When my bestie and I first touched down, we were famished. The little airport lunch had worn off and we were ready to begin our Miami prowl. We decided to walk up the strip when we stopped at one of the first porch-front restaurants we saw. I decided to order the sliders and she ordered the burger with sweet potato fries with this delicious Thai sauce. The seasoning of the burger + my fries + her fries were ev.ery.thinggggg. Extra g’s for emphasis. This basically made Front Porch Cafe our go-to spot during the five days we were in town.

Don’t get me wrong. The burger wasn’t the only thing I loved. During our last day in South Beach, we went to Front Porch for breakfast. The wait was about 20-30 minutes long, but wasn’t that painful thanks to the Starbucks across the street. Once we were seated, I ordered a scrambled egg/fruit plate, my bestie ordered french toast, and my little ordered an omelette. All of us were extremely satisfied with our meals. Again, it was everything.

So, I really hope that if you venture to the stunty-beach locale, you’ll try Front Porch Cafe. It’s definitely worth it.
